Job summary

Sprenger Health Care in Ohio seeks a Nursing Assistant who is a Certified Medication Aide to join our Avon Lake team. You will provide direct resident care, follow established policies, and assist with daily activities and feeding as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a nursing assistant in accordance with state regulations.
• Must have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a Certified Medication Aide, having successfully completed a state approved training program and any necessary examination, and must provide documentation of such certification and show proof of state certification upon application for the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care as assigned.
• Complete tub baths, showers or bed baths.
• Take residents to dining room and assist in feeding as assigned.
• Give personal care to all residents assigned.
