Qualified candidates hold a Texas RN license, BSN, are enrolled in an MSN program, and have 3–5 years of acute care experience. BLS required within 14 days, ACLS/PALS within 30 days of hire; on-site work with potential shifts to maintain bedside practice.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate education programs to support staff competency and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as SME, mentor, and facilitator for nursing and allied health education across the organization, ensuring excellence in patient care through evidence-based practice.
• Maintain clinical competence and provide direct patient care by working clinical shifts as needed to align education with current clinical practice.
