Global Market Foods is seeking a full-time Class C Route Driver to work Monday through Friday on a day shift, delivering to retail food establishments. The Box-Truck route requires a two-wheel dolly and physical effort to move product cases.

The role emphasizes safe driving, on-time deliveries, and maintaining good customer relations while handling invoices and basic truck duties. The position is based in Houston, with opportunities to travel to nearby Dallas as needed.

Qualifications

• 12+ months commercial driving experience
• Must be 25+ years of age
• Class C (Non–CDL) license
• Clean MVR for past 3 years
• Post-offer drug test and criminal background check
• Willing to drive to the Dallas area and stay overnight
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle
• Deliver high-quality products to customers safely and timely
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
• Safely operate vehicles and follow traffic laws
• Review invoices and return requests for accuracy
• Route adherence and time schedule management
• Collect payments on routes
• Perform basic truck maintenance and inspections
