Job summary

H.B. Fuller in Chagrin Falls, OH is seeking a Chemical Mixing Operator for 1st shift (6AM-2:30PM), Monday–Friday with possible overtime. You will safely mix, process and package products, ensuring quality and traceability in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years as a Production Operator or 3+ years in manufacturing, and U.S. work authorization. The role offers a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, safety rules, and quality procedures.
• Experience in a chemical manufacturing environment preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and available for shift work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify raw materials by correct weight, type, and batch/lot number.
• Operate mixing equipment following approved work instructions.
• Monitor process parameters and collect product samples.
• Record production data to meet traceability and compliance requirements.
• Package finished products according to documented specifications.
• Perform visual and quality inspections against defined standards.
• Identify and report labeling or specification discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas while following EHS procedures.
