Qualifications

• Current Texas LVN or RN license and active in good standing.

• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs, document changes, and report to the care team.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other staff to update care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure infection control standards.
