The role involves coordinating patient care, developing care plans, and maintaining accurate records while reporting changes to the supervising nurse. This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth in a supportive environment.

Qualificações

• Current Texas LVN/LPN licensure required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans.
• Supervise and lead a team of LVNs and LPNs to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.
