You will provide high-level assistance to surgeons, manage sterile turnarounds, and ensure patient safety and optimal exposure during complex cases, supporting quality outcomes and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Certified First Surgical Assistant required
• Experience working in operating room team environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level intraoperative assistance including tissue manipulation and retraction
• Own OR rhythm, customize suite to surgeon preferences, manage sterile turnarounds
• Position patient and stabilize equipment to ensure optimal exposure and patient safety
