Job summary

1103 Team Member Services is seeking a skilled Surgical Scrub Tech to prepare operating suites, select appropriate instruments, and assist the surgical team. You will support the surgeon with instrument handling, tissue manipulation, and maintaining a sterile field.

Candidates should have 2+ years in a surgical scrub environment, knowledge of aseptic technique, and the ability to communicate effectively with the team. BLS/CSFA as preferred qualifications may be considered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience as a Surgical Scrub Tech or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Set up operating suites using physician preference cards.
• Assist with instrument and supply handling during procedures.
• Maintain aseptic technique and monitor team adherence.
• Assist with patient positioning and comfort.
• Participate in instrument counts and time-out verifications.
