Job summary

Complete Care at Kimberly Hall South is seeking a Central Supply Clerk to support multiple units with timely fills of requisitions and inventory control. You will help maintain stocked supply rooms and keep accurate records to prevent shortages or overstock.

Responsibilities include organizing storage, updating inventory, and assisting with general duties as directed by Nursing leadership to promote efficient unit operations and quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Long term care experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Fill requisitions from departments for routine supplies and equipment
• Stock supply rooms and nutrition rooms on each unit with medical supplies.
• Ensure inventory is updated as required, when receiving/issuing supplies and equipment.
• Organize storage and catalog locations of supplies and equipment for efficient handling and to prevent deterioration.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator
