TekWissen LLC has an opening for a Cell Culture Technician / Media Manufacturing Technician I to support production of dehydrated and liquid cell culture media in a regulated setting. You will weigh and compound raw materials, run milling/blending, perform sterile filtration and aseptic filling, and conduct routine quality testing.

The role requires GMP knowledge, batch record documentation, equipment calibration, and strong collaboration with Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Procurement, and other

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific discipline.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a fast-paced chemistry lab or manufacturing facility.
• GMP-regulated processes and batch records familiarity.
• Ability to read and follow lab/testing instructions.
• Experience with lab instruments listed above.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication.

Responsabilités

• Manufacture dehydrated and liquid cell culture media per GMP procedures.
• Weigh and compound raw materials with accuracy across ranges.
• Operate milling, blending, sterile filtration, and aseptic filling equipment.
• Document production activities and batch records.
• Conduct quality testing (pH, osmolality, turbidity).
• Maintain equipment and perform basic maintenance and calibration.
• Keep GMP-compliant production documentation and logs.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Procurement, and Process Tech teams.
