Job summary

Harrell’s LLC is seeking a full-time Delivery/Driver in Lakeland, FL. Day shift, Mon-Fri, no weekends, with Day One benefits and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan. You will deliver/pick up products, serve as the company face, and work with dispatch to optimize routes.

Responsibilities include DOT-compliant logs, safety inspections, paperwork, and load securing. Requires CDL (A or B), medical cert, and Hazmat may apply; forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years’ experience as a commercial driver and operating a forklift.
• Must have a valid CDL (Class A or B) and medical certification.
• Hazmat certification may be required site-specific.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up products and obtain signed tickets.
• Be the face of Harrell’s in customer environments.
• Assist dispatcher with efficient routing.
• Maintain DOT-compliant mileage logs and inspections.
• Complete required paperwork and secure loads.
• Ensure safety and policy compliance at all times.
