Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of North Valley is looking for a compassionate Day Shift Caregiver in Paradise Valley, AZ to provide in-home care, support daily living activities, and help clients maintain independence with dignity.

You will join a supportive team, receive ongoing training, and contribute to personalized care plans while building meaningful connections with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and transfer clients as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and daily living assistance to clients in their homes
• Assisting with medication management and administering medications as needed
• Accompanying clients on outings and participating in activities that promote socialization and engagement
• Maintaining accurate records of client care and communicating with healthcare teams
• Collaborating with colleagues and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
