Qualifications

• Previous industrial painting or production experience preferred.
• Ability to use spray guns, rollers, and other painting equipment.
• Knowledge of paint mixing, surface preparation, and finishing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production schedules.
• Ability to work safely with paints, coatings, and hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting parts.
• Apply primer, paint, enamel, and protective coatings to components.
• Mix paints, pigments, and coatings according to specifications.
• Inspect finished products for quality, coverage, and appearance.
• Assemble painted parts and components as needed.
• Maintain paint booths, equipment, and tools.
• Follow safety, PPE, and hazardous material handling procedures.
• Assist with material handling and production support activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
