Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Standing for long periods; may lift up to 30 lbs.

• Previous manufacturing production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures and document as required.
• Use hand tools with mechanical aptitude.
• Maintain 5S, PPE, and a clean, safe work area.
• Monitor safety, environmental, and quality issues.
• Train to operate and adjust the process.
• Direct and monitor production schedule.
• Inspect parts and troubleshoot processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
