We are seeking to hire Assemblers for our valued client in Deerfield, WI!

Let’s talk about the availableshift:

• 1st Shift Assembler worksMonday – Friday, 6am-2:30pm
• 1^st Shift Hybrid Assembler works Monday – Thursday, 8am-6:30pm with possible OT on Fridays

The Payfor Assemblers:

• 1stShift – $20/hr
• Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked

Job Duties of the Assembler:

• Organize and prepare materials for assembly
• Perform manufacturing sequences required to assemble electrodes
• Responsible for achieving and maintaining specified product quality levels
• Troubleshoot assembly problems as required
• Assembles and/or installs various electrical and/or mechanical components where operations and sequences are specified by established documentation
• May perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly such as cutting wire to specified size, stripping, tinning, or bending wire parts, wiring and fastening terminal connections.
• May operate automatic and semiautomatic assembly equipment
• Other duties as assigned

• Able to read and follow instructions and procedure
