Job summary

Confidential locum tenens pathologist position in Des Moines, Iowa, to provide diagnostic services in cytopathology and surgical pathology on a Monday–Friday day shift. Daily case load ranges from 20–30 surgical pathology cases or 10–20 cytopathology cases, enabling focused interpretation without grossing, frozen sections, bone marrow, or autopsies.

Board certification in anatomic and clinical pathology is required for consideration; no call coverage is included, and support staff are provided

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic services focused on cytopathology and surgical pathology.
