Job summary

Tekni-Plex, Inc. in Van Wert, OH is seeking a Day Shift Forklift Operator for our newly built manufacturing plant. The role involves operating on the production floor and in the warehouse, safely moving raw materials and palletized finished goods, and staging shipments for outbound trucks.

SUMMARY

Forklift operators (production floor & warehouse) will be responsible for safely/efficiently moving raw materials & palletized finished goods about the factory floor & inside the warehouse storage area in addition to staging/loading truck trailers for customer shipments.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Possesses at least one year of forklift operator experience. Must be able to successfully complete in-house forklift certification training within first 2 weeks of employment. Experience in a manufacturing setting a plus.
