Wildwood Programs in New York State seeks a compassionate supervisor to oversee one of our Dayhab sites and coordinate a team of Direct Support Professionals. The role focuses on staff development, scheduling, and ensuring person-centered supports for individuals with developmental disabilities.

We offer a pay range of $23.50–$28.90 per hour, depending on experience, with a Monday–Friday 8AM–4PM schedule. A high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years in direct support are required, with

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of direct support experience with people who have disabilities.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Assists the Day Services Manager in coordinating, supervising, and developing staff.
• Interviews and hires Direct Support Professionals as needed.
• Coordinates schedules and activities for Dayhab participants.
• Supports individuals in daily living activities and community integration.
• Trains staff on mandated reporting requirements.
