Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License and proof of current automobile insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check that meets state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote and support individual choice and decision-making.
• Facilitate community participation for individuals in the most integrated setting appropriate.
• Oversee all operational processes related to assigned programs.
• Select, supervise, and train program staff and volunteers.
