Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to train and supervise daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead group activities and assist participants with self-help and socialization.
• Implement care plans to achieve outcomes aligned with participant goals.
• Provide transportation as needed for participants.
• Complete progress notes, scheduling and other documentation daily.
• Maintain a respectful, confidential, and safe environment.
