Trinity Services, Inc. seeks a Therapist Relief to provide group and individual therapy, community activities, and case consultations when full-time staff are unavailable.

The role supports program participants across Elwood, Joliet, and Lockport, IL, with 8:30-5 hours and a careful documentation process. Pay ranges from $25–$50 per hour depending on qualification (Bachelor’s, QMHP Master’s, LSW/LPC, or LCSW/LCPC).

Qualifications

• Bachelors required
• Master’s Degree (or in grad school) preferred

Responsibilities

• Engages individuals in group and individual therapy and community outings
• Works with the PSR team using evidence-based interventions
• Documents services and Medicaid billing notes in a timely fashion
• Maintains a therapeutic milieu and intervenes with behavioral strategies
• Coordinates with team to cover essential program functions
