Job summary

Chrysalis of Ogden, UT is seeking a Direct Support Professional for the day program to work with individuals in a workplace setting and in the community. You will help create opportunities to improve quality of life and provide mentorship, safety, and encouragement.

This entry-level daytime position starts at $15/hr, with benefits for full-time employees including health insurance and flexible, rewarding experiences. You will collaborate with a supportive team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Be able to work from 8:00am-4:00pm.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• 21 years of age with a clean driving record or 22+ with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• Capable of communicating well in both verbal and written form.
• Able to complete all assigned program documentation accurately and within the allotted time frames.
• Have good judgment and able to handle crisis situations.
• Have a positive attitude.

The Direct Support Professional in the day program is the lifeblood of the Chrysalis Team. You work hand in hand with the individuals in a workplace/training setting to ensure they are safe, respected, mentored and having fun.
