Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a Day Program Professional to support individuals in a structured daytime setting, lead engaging activities, and promote independence and community inclusion.

You will implement individual service plans, monitor health and safety, assist with daily living skills, and document progress while fostering a respectful environment. Training including CPR and medication administration is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• GED or High School Diploma.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured activities including social, recreational, and community-based programming.
• Support individuals in building independence, social skills, and daily living skills.
• Implement individual service plans and support progress toward personal goals.
• Ensure health, safety, and dignity of individuals during program hours, transportation, and community outings.
• Provide personal care and administer medications as needed (training provided).
• Promote inclusion and positive community engagement.
• Utilize crisis prevention and intervention strategies to support individuals safely.
• Complete required documentation including daily logs and incident reports.
