Job summary

ViaQuest Day & Employment Services in Dayton, OH, is seeking an Administrator to oversee the system of supports and services for individuals in our Day Program and Employment Services. This full-time, first-shift position requires travel between Dayton and Centerville and offers a starting salary of $60,000 per year plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include managing staff and finances within the assigned area, ensuring policy implementation, submitting monthly benchmark

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in social or human services; eight years of experience may substitute.
• Minimum four years of experience in human services.
• Management or supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall system of supports and services provided to the individuals.
• Employee and fiscal management over assigned area.
• Ensuring the implementation of all company and programmatic policies and procedures.
• Completing and submitting monthly benchmark reports.
• Identifying developmental opportunities.
• Work effectively with other administrators to promote consistency in all regions.
