Qualifications

• Clean driving record required.
• Must be able to transport individuals daily.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and deliver engaging activities for individuals served.
• Provide supports per Individual Service Plan and maintain required records.
• Lead group activities and monitor wellbeing, safety, and participation.
• Coordinate schedules, training sessions, and staff communication.
