A supportive services provider is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Willingboro, NJ to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role offers a starting pay of $21.35/hour with benefits including health insurance and paid training. You will provide hands-on support and guidance to enhance the quality of life for individuals in the day program. The ideal candidate will have experience working with disabilities, be adaptable, and possess good communication skills.

Formación

• Experience working with those with developmental/intellectual disabilities required.
• Reliable transportation.
• 18 years or older.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals served.
• Assist with daily living tasks including bathing and personal hygiene.
