Job summary

360 Community Services in Omaha, NE is hiring drivers for our day program routes, mornings and afternoons. You’ll transport adults between homes and the Day Center in a 15-passenger van, with some wheelchair passengers, on a predictable split shift schedule.

You’ll learn riders’ names and routines, practice safe driving, and help with vehicle upkeep. The role offers part-time hours, benefits for eligible staff, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 19 and a valid Nebraska driver license.
• Clean DMV driving record — no violations in the past 3 years.
• 3+ years driving experience and ability to pass state and national background screenings.
• Experience with wheelchair vans and with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive scheduled AM and PM routes safely and on time.
• Load, secure, and transport members and mobility equipment.
• Inspect, fuel, clean, and maintain agency vehicles.
