Job summary

Qualifications

• ASL knowledge is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must successfully complete background checks.
• TB health screening required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) based on plan.
• Administer prescribed medications after training.
• Safely transport individuals in company vehicles for community activities.
• Complete documentation in the EHR promptly.
• Prepare meals and snacks as directed.
• Assist with goal completion per the individualized plan.
• Engage individuals in day program and community activities.
• Uphold individual rights and HIPAA confidentiality.
