Job summary

Direct Support Professionals in the day program partner with individuals in workplace settings and in the community to create opportunities for improved quality of life. You will be a teacher, mentor and friend, ensuring safety, respect and enjoyment in daily activities.

Starting at $14.00 an hour, Chrysalis emphasizes making a difference daily. Applicants must pass a background check, be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and be able to drive a company vehicle.

Qualifications

Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
Be able to drive a company vehicle (21+ age minimum in some policies).
Capable of communicating well in both verbal and written form.
Able to complete all assigned program documentation accurately and within timeframes.
Have good judgment and able to handle crisis situations.
Have a positive attitude.
Must have experience as a direct support professional.
