You will implement goal plans, document progress notes, assist with personal care, and help prepare daily activity schedules as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Eligibility for State Police Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse History Clearance.
• FBI clearance required for individuals who do not meet PA residency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement goal plans and progress notes.
• Assist with personal care.
• Prepare activity schedules.
• Work with a team of professionals to support program participants.
