Qualifications

• This position requires ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Clean driving record is a must.
• Will be transporting individuals on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide services and supports as identified in each assigned person’s Individual Service Plan.
• Interact with all individuals and staff with appropriate voice, language, and gestures in line with individual rights and staff policies.
• Provide training in activities of daily living and habilitation/vocational activities.
• Administer medications according to state guidelines.
• Attend scheduled work hours and overtime as needed.
• Maintain all required records and time sheets.
• Ensure a healthy and clean work environment.
