Responsibilities

• Follow the Day Porter checklist to ensure all daily tasks are completed.
• Perform janitorial duties of restrooms and common areas, sanitizing, window washing, sweeping, and mopping.
• Perform exterior landscaping tasks including leaf blowing, weed eating, and light trimming and general grounds upkeep.
• Complete light maintenance and miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
• Respond to spontaneous tasks as directed by the Property Manager.

Job Summary

The Beachwalk Day Porter is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑kept property. This role involves daily cleaning, landscaping, and light maintenance tasks. The Day Porter reports directly to the Property Manager.

Requirements

• Must be a United States Citizen
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Have reliable transportation
• 16 years or older

General Duties

• Follow the Day Porter checklist to ensure all daily tasks are completed.
• Perform janitorial duty of restrooms and common areas, sanitizing, window washing, sweeping, and mopping.
• Perform exterior landscaping tasks including leaf blowing, weed eating, and light trimming and general grounds upkeep.
• Complete light maintenance and miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Required Skills
