• Assist Building Engineer with work orders, inspections and projects.
• Escort and support vendors and contractors as directed.
• Inspect Chiller Room and report abnormalities.
• Inspect Generator Room for alarms, leaks or unusual conditions.
• Inspect Fire Pump Room for alarms, leaks or unusual conditions.
• Inspect Electrical Rooms for cleanliness and hazards.
• Prepare and touch-up paint areas as directed.
• Inspect Janitorial Closets and restrooms; restock supplies and report issues.
• Spot clean lobby glass and entry doors; maintain lobby appearance.
• Clean Elevator Cab Interiors and lobbies; check lighting and cleanliness.
• Blow debris from plaza, parking garage, and perimeter areas.
• Check common area trash receptacles; empty as needed.
• Sweep and mop electrical rooms; deep clean.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Maintain cleaning supplies within budgetary guidelines.

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

General Mechanical

• Assist Building Engineer Work orders, inspections, and special projects.
• Assist Vendors and Contractors Escort and support as directed.
• Inspect Chiller Room Verify all equipment is operating normally; report abnormalities.
• Inspect Generator Room Check for alarms, leaks, or unusual conditions.
• Inspect Fire Pump Room Check for alarms, leaks, or unusual conditions.
• Inspect Electrical Rooms Ensure rooms are clean, secure, and free of hazards.
• Prep and Touch-Up Paint Areas As directed.

General Cleaning

• Inspect Janitorial Closets Check cleanliness and supply levels.
• Inspect All Restrooms (Morning) Restock supplies, check fixtures, report issues.
• Inspect All Restrooms (Afternoon) Restock supplies, check fixtures, report issues.
• Spot Clean Lobby Glass & Entry Doors Remove fingerprints, smudges, and debris.
• Inspect Lobby Appearance Straighten furniture, remove trash, maintain Class A appearance.
• Clean Elevator Cab Interiors Wipe walls, mirrors, doors, and thresholds.
• Inspect Elevator Lobbies Check cleanliness and lighting.
• Blow Plaza and Building Perimeter Remove leaves, debris, and litter.
• Blow Parking Garage (All Levels) Remove debris and maintain appearance.
• Check Common Area Trash Receptacles Empty as needed.
• Sweep and Mop Electrical Rooms Deep clean.
• Inspect Landscape Areas Report irrigation or plant issues.

Additional Responsibilities

• Follow recycling and sustainability programs as required.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment within budgetary guidelines.
