LOT Commercial Property Services is hiring for a Full-Time Day Porter in Los Angeles. The role keeps retail centers clean, friendly, and ready for business. Schedule includes weekend mornings and weekday shifts; pay is $18.47 per hour with weekly pay.

You’ll inspect spaces, empty trash, sanitize restrooms, and report maintenance needs. English or Spanish communication, reliable punctuality, and comfort working outdoors are valued.

Formación

• Bilingual English or Spanish proficiency required for written and verbal communication.
• Familiar with using a mobile device for timekeeping and document review.
• Experience in customer service and reliable, punctual work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Keep property clean and presentable throughout the day.
• Empty trash, sweep, mop, dust, and wipe surfaces.
• Clean restrooms and high-traffic areas.
• Clean exterior doors, windows, and windowsills.
• Inspect property visually and report maintenance needs.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
