Job Summary

The Porter is responsible for handling daily maintenance and policing of our client location in City, State. The Porter will assist Building Management with all requests and projects assigned.

• Service all public and operating spaces throughout the building.
• Facilitate plaza and/or parking garage areas as specified.
• Keep elevator cars clean and neat.
• Preserve lobby and first impression areas.
• Uphold exterior of building.
• Maintain restroom cleanliness and restock all restroom products.
• Police building grounds, dock, stairwells, and perform snow removal as needed.
• Respond to special requests throughout the day.
• Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum of 1 year Porter experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to work assigned hours.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to conduct face-to-face discussions at all professional levels.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Stand, walk, sit, stoop, or kneel as needed.
