Job description

Pay Rate $17.00 to $20.00 per hour

Position summary:

Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition and keep supplies stocked. Buildings are open for business and populated by the client and their customers. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include notifying management of need for repairs. Must have clean valid driver's license.

Tasks:

• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them as per each individual account specification and supervisor's instruction.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
