Job summary

CCS Facility Services seeks a Day Porter to maintain the clean, orderly condition of common areas in office buildings and residential properties. You will perform routine cleaning tasks, inspect spaces, and support building staff to keep lobbies, restrooms, and hallways welcoming and safe.

Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious. The role offers on‑site work with daily Pay options and opportunities to grow within a large nationwide service organization.

Qualifications

• Attendance and punctuality to ensure consistent coverage.
• Dependability and reliability in completing tasks on time.
• Knowledge of basic safety and security procedures and proper equipment use.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean the lobby glass doors.
• Polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day.
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up any trash.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby once a day or as needed.
• Sweep stairwells and landings as needed.
• Sweep building entrances.
• Report any lights out to the Management Office.
• Policing lobby to keep floors and planters free of paper and debris.
