OnPoint Building Services is seeking a Day Porter/Day Cleaner for the Richmond area. The role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, at a commercial/warehouse facility. A clean background check and the ability to pass a drug screen are required.

The job involves trash disposal, vacuuming, dusting, surface disinfection, floor care, restroom upkeep, and overall office area cleaning to meet schedule and quality standards. Reliable transportation is necessary.

Qualifications

• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must have reliable transportation to job location.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Collection and disposal of trash.
• Vacuuming (upright and backpack vacuum).
• Dusting and disinfecting surfaces.
• Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Restroom cleaning, restocking, and replenishing supplies.
• Office area cleaning and general janitorial duties.
