DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include but are not limited to the following, as other duties may be assigned. Shift is Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

GENERAL OPERATIONS

1. Consistently maintain a clean and attractive environment in and around the Main Lobby, including cleaning doors, seating areas, steps, curbs, sidewalks, and alleyways.
2. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, such as corridors, elevator lobbies, and restocking restrooms.
3. Keep stairwells and mechanical rooms clean as directed by the Chief Engineer.
4. Replace light bulbs and tubes as needed.
5. Assist the Chief Engineer and Utility Engineer with special projects.
6. Report any mechanical issues or vandalism immediately to the Chief Engineer.
7. Take weekly inventory of janitorial supplies and report to the Chief Engineer.

TECHNICAL PREREQUISITES

• Ability to communicate clearly, positively, and professionally in English.
• Ability to read and understand oral and written instructions in English.
