Job summary

UG2 is seeking a Janitorial Cleaner in Los Angeles to perform routine cleaning and upkeep of buildings and related areas under supervision.

The role requires six months of customer service or facility services experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. A valid driver's license is a plus and physical work includes lifting up to 50 pounds with proper PPE.

Qualifications

• Six months or more of related customer service and/or facility services related experience.
• Valid Driver's License is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms.
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.
• Dusting and cleaning office desks and furniture that are not cluttered.
• Cleaning windowsills and windows.
• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized and safe manner.
• Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
• Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals.
• Wearing of proper Personal Protective Equipment at all times.
• Maintain vending closets in a clean, organized and safe manner.
• Other routine maintenance duties as assigned.

The Janitorial Cleaner, under the direction of the Janitorial Supervisor or Manager, is responsible for performing janitorial duties for buildings and related areas. Quality customer service skills are required. Knowledge or willingness to learn proper cleaning techniques is essential.

Job Responsibilities
