Job Summary Details:

The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.

Pay: $18.75 - $20.00 hourly rate

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data alignment.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Six (6) months of commercial cleaning experience (offices, warehouse, etc.)
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
• Notify management of repairs or additions needed
• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients and staff
• Comply with safety, security, compliance, and quality standards
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment
• Move cabinets, furniture, and equipment as needed for cleaning
• Clean interior glass, windows, and mirrors
• Wash and replace blinds
• Empty trash bins
• Perform seasonal tasks like sweeping, raking, and snow removal
• Clean and service restrooms
