All United Cleaning & Maintenance LLC is seeking a Day Porter to keep HOA and condo common areas clean, safe, and welcoming all day. You’ll empty trash, restock supplies, clean and sanitize surfaces, monitor conditions, and report maintenance issues to the lead.
A minimum of one year of janitorial experience, a positive attitude, and reliability are required. Attention to detail and safe working practices are essential.

The Day Porter will work under the supervision of their lead to keep the property clean, safe, and welcoming throughout the day. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing common areas, emptying trash, restocking supplies, and ensuring all public spaces are neat and well-maintained. The Day Porter plays a key role in maintaining a positive environment for residents, guests, and staff.
Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas, hallways, lobbies, and other shared spaces throughout the day.
Empty trash, replace liners, and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and hand sanitizer as needed.
Clean and sanitize surfaces, including counters, tables, railings, and high-touch areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and spot-clean floors to maintain a neat appearance.
Monitor property conditions and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the lead.
Perform other cleaning-related tasks as assigned.
Minimum of one year of related cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.
Positive attitude, reliable, and professional demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe, clean environment.
Ability to follow directions and work under the supervision of a lead.
The individual must have strong communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally to supervisors, colleagues, and building occupants.
