Job summary

Pfefferle Companies, Inc. is seeking part-time 1st shift cleaners for office and apartment properties in Appleton, Wisconsin. Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, kitchens, floors, windows and other tasks to keep properties well maintained and safe.

The role requires reliable transportation, the ability to pass a federal background check, and compensation starting at $17.00 per hour, based on experience, for 20–30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Collection and disposal of garbage and recycling.
• Vacuuming of carpets.
• Sweep and mop hard floors.
• Dusting and cleaning of work surfaces.
• Window washing.
• Maintaining security of the property.
• Clean kitchens, including appliances and cabinets.
• Clean light fixtures and ceiling fans.
• Clean laundry areas including appliances.
• Clean patio areas and balconies.
