Sweeping Corporation of America is hiring a Day Parking Lot Porter for full-time work in San Marcos, CA. You will operate a company pickup to service shopping centers and parking areas, perform trash collection, and maintain clean outdoor spaces while following safety standards.

Minimum qualifications include a valid driver’s license, 18+ age, and passing MVR, background, and drug screenings. 1 year driving experience preferred; travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• Education: None - Ability to Read.
• Experience: 1 year driving experience preferred.
• License: Driver’s License.
• Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Compliance: MVR check, background check and drug screening per policy and law.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Inspection: Perform pre/post-trip inspections and ensure safety features function.
• Execution: Review routes and complete jobs within allotted time with quality.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate vehicle and adhere to traffic laws and site protocols.
• Material Handling: Safely handle and dispose of materials.
• Reporting: Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly to management.
• Professional Communication: Maintain professional conduct with team and clients.
• Compliance & Documentation: Complete required logs and forms accurately.
• Adaptability & Problem Solving: Respond to changes and solve issues timely.
• Regular & Predictable Attendance: Be punctual and dependable per shift.
