Pediatric Home Service (PHS) is seeking Day & Overnight Private Duty RN or LVN for Kiddo in Carrollton to deliver skilled pediatric nursing at home and in school settings. This role supports children with medical complexities and partners with families to keep kids thriving outside of hospital walls.

Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available with flexible scheduling. Shifts run 7a-7p and 7p-7a across the week; patient population includes a 5-year-old with G-tube, Trach, and Vent.

Qualifications

• RN or LVN licensure valid for the state.
• Pediatric or home health nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to provide care in home and school settings.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled pediatric nursing care in home and school settings.
• Assess patient condition and communicate changes with the care team.
• Administer medications and prescribed therapies.
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway, and G‑tube care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and educate families.
• Follow individualized care plans and ensure a safe environment.
