Pediatric Home Service offers meaningful pediatric home health nursing in the O’Fallon/Wentzville area. We seek an RN or LPN to provide one-on-one care for medically complex children in home and school settings, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for full-time, part-time, or PRN work.

As a PHS nurse, you’ll administer medications and therapies, manage trach/ventilator/G-tube care, document care, and educate families to support children in remaining at home with comfort and family

• Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available
• Shifts: Days, Nights, Evenings, and Weekends
• Patient Population: Children and young adults with trachs, ventilators, and G-tubes
