Responsibilities

• Keeps premises of building in clean and orderly condition.
• Cleans floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Cleans windows and mirrors.
• Cleans doors, door handles, countertops and tabletops.
• Cleans and supplies restrooms.
• Removes waste and empties trash.
• Maintains cleaning chart indicating areas cleaned and inspected.
• Replenishes cleaning and maintenance supplies.
• Organizes janitorial storage areas.
• Notifies supervisors about unsafe conditions or repairs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
