Day LPN/RN for Home Health in Lakeville, MN

We’re searching for dedicated Pediatric Home Health Nurses to provide essential, personalized clinical care for children with complex medical needs. THE POSITION

• Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday days.
• Client Specifics: Join our team to care for a 16 year old snowflake with g-tube and trach.

TRAINING & SUPPORT

Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children! With specialized training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care, we’ll help you navigate the winter season like a pro. Pediatric experience is preferred, but everyone is welcome to join our cozy crew!

SALARY RANGE

The base range for this role is $27.00 to $42.00 hourly which is based on license, experience, qualifications, scheduled hours, and acuity of the client. Please note that base range does not include shift differentials or sign on bonus.
