Day Program Nurse RN or LPN Sign On Bonus!

Join the Amego Team as a Day Program Nurse RN or LPN at Amego, Inc. in Holbrook, MA. We are opening a new day program and seeking a dedicated nurse to oversee the care of our attendees.

Position Overview

The Health Care Supervisor (HCS) is responsible for supervising and providing direct nursing care for members in our Dayhab services. The HCS will coordinate medical services, supervise nursing staff, and participate in interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include completing nursing assessments, maintaining medical records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as CARF and MASS Health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee healthcare services for all program participants and coordinate with primary physicians.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary evaluations and team meetings.
  • Maintain accurate medical records, health plans, and medication information.
  • Provide training to staff and individuals on health and safety topics.
  • Supervise nursing staff, including LPNs, and interpret medical information for the team.
  • Assist in training, supervising, and evaluating staff.
  • Contribute to service planning and communicate with external agencies, families, and guardians.
Qualifications
  • MA RN or LPN license in good standing.
  • 3-5 years of nursing experience, preferably with severe populations and in managerial roles.
  • Experience in adult acute, community, or rehabilitative nursing.
  • Commitment to diversity and effective communication skills.
Salary & Benefits

RN Salary Range: $83,000 - $89,440

LPN Range: $31 - $33/hr

Additional Requirements
  • Drivers license in good standing.
