Job summary

The Arc Erie County New York seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Day Habilitation Services in Buffalo, NY. This role supports adults with developmental disabilities through hands-on assistance, community outings, skill-building activities, and meaningful daily experiences that promote independence.

Working Mon-Fri 8:00am–3:30pm (37.5 hours weekly), you will join a compassionate team with a stable schedule, no night shifts, and opportunities for training, advancement, and a solid

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalence.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License with approved driving record.
• Human services or caregiving experience preferred.
• Compassion, patience, teamwork, and reliability.
